We absolutely want you to be head over heels in love with your new purchase but we understand how difficult it is especially when making investment purchases online. We always want you to be 100% confident with your purchase but we do have some limitations.

All returns are subject to approval. You may return small decor items for a refund of the merchandise total within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@ambernicoledesign.com to receive approval of your return. The return is subject to the following policies:
All returns of non-stocking items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Currently, decor is the only product stocked in our store. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Return Shipping
Please email us at info@ambernicoledesign.com for approval. If you chose to return an item, the return shipping is your responsibility. Items must be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale
All wallpaper and custom furniture are final sale.
Manufacturer Defects
Defects are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48hrs of receiving the item. Photos of the item will be requested.
Gift Cards
All gift cards purchased are final sale. No cash will be received for a remaining balance or unused amounts. Gift cards can be used towards Design Services, decor items within your design, or items purchased directly from our shop.
Unused balances are non-transferable.
